So here's the deal. A friend (who wishes to remain anonymous) and I have decided to create our own weight loss program. Each week we will be setting 1 goal for ourselves as well as one goal a month. Our reward system will be contingent on meeting our weekly and monthly goals. No reward shall be in the form of food. Our goals can be anything that revolves around weight loss/exercise/food and any other thing that involves healthy living. Most weeks our goals will be different from each other but our ultimate goal is the same: lose the weight, keep it off.
